Eclectic interests and diverse experiences help round out Paul’s personal and professional life. In no particular order of relevance, you might be interested to know that Paul:
· Wrote a thesis on Corporate Social Responsibility for his Master of Science degree from the University of Louisville. He has an additional MBA (St. Louis University) in International Business with an emphasis on marketing.
· Teaching a marketing course in Spring 2012 at the Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership Center at Rollins College
· Lives in an underground, earth-sheltered home. It is pretty neat.
· Considers himself a historic preservationist—he has rehabbed or restored seven 1840 to 1930 houses and managed two historic tax credit commercial projects.
· Always cries like a baby when he hears “My Old Kentucky Home” at the Kentucky Derby.
· Served two years as VP of Programming for the Central Florida Chapter of the American Marketing Association and was previously active in the St. Louis and Minneapolis chapters of PRSA and IABC.
· Currently serves as the volunteer Director of Marketing for Converge Inc., a start-up travel and tourism organization in Orlando.
· Early-adopts technology. He is web-savvy and a voracious consumer (and creator) of web content.
